Mr. Blumenauer, a third-generation Floridian, is an Honors graduate of The Citadel, a military institution world-renowned for its reputation as a collegiate proving-ground of leaders across the U.S. military, business, and government. Upon graduation, he accepted a merit scholarship to attend Florida’s prestigious and oldest law school, Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Blumenauer began his legal career in private practice where he soon represented clients across the legal spectrum including high-profile matters. He has served as a spokesman to both the news media and law enforcement agencies on behalf of his clients, has appeared for interviews on television and radio,

Elaina Larson focuses her practice on business, corporate, and real estate law. She brings a strong academic foundation and practical experience to her work with clients.

Ms. Larson earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Barry University School of Law, where she distinguished herself as a Senior Editor of the Child and Family Law Journal. Her article was selected for publication, showcasing her analytical and legal writing skills. During law school, she also served as a Research Assistant and gained hands-on legal experience as a Legal Intern with Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida.

Jeff Johnston is a committed and dedicated counselor with more than 20 years of experience in the federal courts comprising the Middle District of Florida. Much of his career has been spent representing debtors in bankruptcy proceedings resulting in the discharge of tens of millions of dollars in consumer debts. He is known for excellent research and writing proficiency coupled with superior communication skills and dedication to delivering measurable and consistent results. His practice now focuses on government affairs, construction, zoning, and land use.

Todd Hutchins supports the firm’s attorneys with the knowledge, skills, and perspective gained from years of experience in several careers, including having worked as an attorney in the Washington, DC offices of two top-tier law firms. (Todd is not yet licensed to practice law in Florida). After graduating magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, he served clients in a wide variety of matters including civil litigation, international arbitration, regulatory compliance counseling, white-collar corporate criminal defense, and advocacy before state and federal administrative agencies. He worked in the DC offices of an elite Wall Street firm and then a small boutique firm, serving clients in all facets of counsel and advocacy.

Gary is a Paralegal with the firm and a commissioned Notary Public, bringing nearly seven years of paralegal experience and over a decade of experience in the legal field. Originally from the Greater Orlando area, he has developed a strong foundation in Florida’s legal system through both academic achievement and extensive professional experience, including five years of service with the Clerk of Court.

Casey is a Legal Assistant with the firm and an integral part of our team, bringing over six years of experience in the legal field. She serves as one of the primary points of contact for clients, managing incoming calls, scheduling, and intake coordination with professionalism and care.
